P5 telecommunication pit is a standard Australian underground enclosure designed to protect and provide access to communication cables.
Purpose: Houses and shields NBN, Telstra, electrical, and general telecommunication cables.
Material: Lightweight, high-strength, UV-stabilized polyethylene or polypropylene plastic.
Size: Measures approximately 700mm (L) x 460mm (W) x 640mm (D).
Strength: Features ribbed sidewalls to resist underground soil pressure and compaction.
Rating: Typically meets Class A or Class B load ratings under Australian Standard AS3996.
